Is the construction completed?

Excavation at the on the property is completed. The shoreline has been adjusted and the roads are in and dedicated and turned over to Jackson Township. All of the lots are to grade except lot 19, which is currently being borught up to the desired grade. The development plat has been recorded.
Lake O’ Springs Resort already had a sewer line crossing the property north to south under or next to Springlake Road. This line has been extended to cover homes on Swan Lake Circle. Sewer laterrals extend ten feet onto each property. Massillon water (AquaOhio) lines also extend ten feet onto each property, Time Warner Cable, Massillon cable, ATT telephone and dsl, and Ohio Power lines are buried in the first twenty feet off the road. Dominion East Ohio Gas has designed done and will be installing their gas llines by July 2014. Fire hydrants are installed as required where the water main runs, bringing hydrants to this area for the first time.
When will the lots be for sale?
Lot 19 is sold and will transfer by the end of May 2014. Lot 15 is reaserved for a possible Yoga center. The twenty-three remaining lots in Lake O’ Springs Village are zoned R-1 for single-family homes and are now for sale. These lots can be put under contract with a deposit but cannot transfer deeds until the roads are completed. Also, immediately available are 19 additional lots outside the development proper. They are all available to have deeds recorded and begin construction.
